Jamie did my hair done yesterday, I wanted my long very curly hair cutting a lot shorter than it was to make it easier for me to manage and style by myself - she did an amazing job! The staff are great at Blu Salons always friendly. It is well organised and always clean.  I am happy with the way Amanda cuts my hair, she always asks how I want my hair done but also gives her opinion which I find very helpful as she is the expert.

I waited for 25 minutes for my stylist to show she appeared just as I was walking out in disgust.  I had been sat down, with no updates on why I was waiting for so long, and not even an offer of a hot drink while I was waiting! Disgusting treatment of customers! They need to remember that there are plenty of other salons to choose from and not to treat paying customers so bad. I definitely WILL NOT be going back.
