Not directly based on the high street so we boast our exclusive status, uncomfortable with sitting in a shop window whilst receiving your treatments, well we are located upstairs so you can truly relax and enjoy your experience with us and leave feeling fantastic and glamorous.

Gifted attendance.. Massage... Not asked any questions to check suitability for treatment... Good massage... Left to dress and then I left as no one came back.. Left with out anyone caring. Felt a bit neglected... Not special as normal in this kind of luxury setting... Would choose somewhere else next time.. Just because I didn't feel I connected with anyone.

Managed to get booked in after they had a cancellation for me and my friend to have a restyle each, very welcoming, lovely atmosphere and 2 great cuts to boot. Stylist listened to what we wanted and worked her magic, will def be back.

1 star is too good for this place n staff Awful awful awful!!! Shelby did my hair and my 3 year old could of coloured it better. And the manager needs to learn customer service as it was bloody disgusting n rude! Stay well clear of this place!!! Horrific!!!
