Miserable staff. Not helpful at all. A real chore to talk to you to explain anything. Sit there whilst muttering the least amount of words as possible with no manners. Poor customer service. ** To this point was my initial review. Then the owner replied. In reply to their response ** This was not review for a one off visit. This was a general review for using this post office on and off for a couple of years. I have no difficulty explaining what I want. You have some miserable arrogant staff who find it difficult to talk to customers properly and it is the staff who find it difficult to explain things because of their lack of enthusiasm for helping people.
My daughter went to send her documents for driving licence with postal order. Woman wanted to charge her £73 for postal order +£65 for licence and asked for cash only. This is robbery .

The man is extremely rude, there are ways of speaking to people and the way he spoke to me was very wrong. This all occurred because his queuing system called me forwards so I did, he then shouted wait read the sign! I did challenge him on his rude manner and his response was I'm trying to educate my customers, well there are ways of helping your customers understand and the way you spoke is not one of them. I would not visit again there are many other post offices locally who are a pleasure to speak to.
Went to get passport photos done. Was charged and given hard copies. When I asked for the online code was told I needed to pay more. Not a mention of this from the staff member when taking the photos despite knowing they offer the service, instead a look as if it was my fault. Poor customer service
Visited the Post office today with my son to renew my driving licence, all the staff were extremely helpful and I couldn't thank them more, the lady that works here is so lovely. Thankyou!
Long queues at peak times, however you'll get that at every post office. There's at least two staff on at all times, considering there's only four windows that's pretty good. I've been in a handful of times and the staff have been polite and helpful.
Need more staff on to eliminate queue times. I was once told I couldn't post a parcel as it had one bottle of nail varnish in so I took it to another post office and they said you can send up to 4 nail polish bottles in one parcel.
