I had a really great experience here, wasn't sure what I wanted so my hairdresser picked out something for me, I'm very pleased. Everyone was very kind and chatty, I would definitely recommend it and I'll be going there again.

Unorganised. Didn't feel relaxed during my visit and I've come out of the hairdressers £50 lighter and stressed out. Appointment for a start was double booked so had to wait half an hour for my appointment to even start (this was after they had rang me in the morning and already changed it to be an hour and a half later than the original time we had agreed). Wasn't asked what shade of colour I wanted on my hair, it was picked for me. Everything took a long time with different person each step. Warned them of new ear piercing and they kept forgetting which ended up my earring being pulled on a few times, so now my ear hurts. Just feel completely let down, I get my hair done to make myself feel better, not worse. Wouldn't recommend.

I'm very fussy with my hair and even to a degree hate having my hair cut incase they get it wrong, funny I know, as hair grows back eventually. However I voiced my concerns and told them exactly what I wanted, they listened and the hair cut was perfect. Customer for life and highly recommended. I trust them with my hair!

Best haircuts I've ever had, hair looks fantastic from when I get up to when I go to bed. Won't go anywhere else now!
