Really very disappointed with the service here. I booked an appointment for my daughter to try on prom dresses, on arrival staff weren't at all very welcoming. There was a tiny fitting room with an inexperienced assistant. Not allowed to touch the dresses yourself. Impossible to see which dresses to try on without touching them! Worst of all.... after trying on 4 dresses we were told there wasn't time to try on any more as they only allow you 30 mins! If I'm spending £300 on a prom dress I expect far better service than this! Much better at Sarah Belle bridal in Swindon... Would highly recommend them! Wonderful dresses and lovely welcoming knowledgeable staff!

I would happily recommend this place to anyone. The shop is so much bigger than the shop front and there is so much to choose from! I found 'the' dress and David instantly knew the accessories to go with the dress to finish it perfectly 😊 Thank you so much x

Visited in end of July, wedding early September, was apprehensive as had a terrible experience when visited previously with a friend but could not have had a nicer experience, very attentive and a fabulous experience, fell in love with my dress immediately! Thank you so much for a lovely experience!

David and the girls did a fantastic of looking after me after me and finding me my dream dress. David listened to what I wanted, the budget I had and what style he knew would suit me. Within moments he had picked out the dress of my dreams (he is a real pro), not once did I feel under pressure, everyone was so accommodating and made me feel so special. It was just lovely to experience a wonderful day with my Mum and Aunty choosing the perfect dress! I can’t recommend Blossom Bridal highly enough. Thanks guys you did a fab job!!! Cant wait to share photos of the big day xxxxx

Loved it! Such a friendly service! After a disappointing appointment in another shop, I walked in hoping to maybe to book appointment here. The girls did their best to accommodate me and offered me a 'show around' upstairs to have a look, then book something in if I like the look of some dresses - Soon the girls had me walking out of the shop with my dream dress! (Of course I tried it on!) They really listened when I mentioned by budget, they really cared when I said that I didn't want to place emphasis on certain parts of my body - and they really did their best to make sure every part of the dress was just right for me! Apart from the dress being just right - I walked in without having a clue other than 'sleek not poof' and the lovely sales girl (Wish I remembered her name to say thanks!) picked out 'The One' straight away! They really didn't make me feel rushed, the whole sales team really cared about us from walking in, to paying, "we dont want to sell you a dress, we want to be involved all the way" mentioning I can call them at any point to discuss anything. Its the small things that count, like being asked to wash my hands and take off all jewellery, they really care about keeping the dresses in tip top condition. Even the 'step' to stand on in front of the mirror is much nicer than other shops! They dont have seamstress or cleaning on site, but give really great local recommendations (which I have yet to use) Just go - It wont be wasted time, you might find the dress of your dreams!
