So modern, lovely staff, very accommodating, been coming here for eyebrow wax whilst temporarily living and working in the area and would highly recommend!
Always friendly service and excellent treatments
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I booked a back, neck & shoulder massage for my birthday as I've had 2 in lockdown. I was 6 mins late due to roadworks in town At 9.05 the beautician who whom I would have had left the building, while I was parking my car outside the shop. I was promptly told they could not see me as they had back to back appointments all day.. shamefull. I would never EVER reccomend this business.
Lovely place to go for a pamper. The staff are so friendly and they offer a fantastic range of well price therapies about which they are all knowledgeable. The clinic itself is comfortable and welcoming and everywhere is kept clean and tidy.
Surprisingly not good massage. The setting is very professional, clean etc. I had a head massage and reflexology. Both sessions were very soft pressure and repetitive, although I asked a few times for increased pressure. I usually have to ask for less My time was also cut 10 mins short - not sure why. I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but disappointing.
