Been attending BOA most years since 2010. There is NO other festival like it. Everyone is welcomed, regardless of age, race, gender, nationality. The most inclusive festival that feels like being included in one big family. And of course, there's metal, plenty of it, the best international metal bands available, there are vikings, axe throwing, an art galkery, a gaming tent, 4 stages, one dedicated to rising bands, another named after Sophie Lancaster. Weirdos, moshers and freaks unite. Bloodstock is your home.
Amazing place, well set out, friendly atmosphere, and the event is getting bigger and better with each year. Highly recommended for all metalheads.
Me and my partner absolutely love this Festival. I have been every year since my first in 2013, after a long hiatus on Festivals due to bad experiences. However this festival has restored my faith in camping life, festival food and generally human kindness. All round fantastic experience with excellent bands every year, definitely the highlight of my year.

Brilliant atmosphere, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Plenty of food and drink stalls, free water stands, merch stalls and entertainment. A great 3 day event.
