I acquired tap dance and ballet shoes from Bloch in Drury Lane. They fit well and are very comfortable to wear. Excellent service provided by Jo. Took the time to allow me to try on different tap and ballet shoes while shedding light on other dance forms. I am well pleased with my purchase and had a great shopping experience. I have already received compliments from principal and dance instructors on the Dark Flesh Classic Pro Ballet shoes. Love it!

Absolutely disgusting service the staff have no idea of what they are doing. The shop is understaffed which they make sure the customer is fully aware that they are not happy and their attitude is awful. If you don't live local DO NOT buy shoes from here as they will be fitted wrong and you will have a long journey to return them!

Absolutely awful experience! One staff member said that they only provide discounts to those who attend The Royal Ballet, then I got an email stating that they offer students discounts. Not to mention, there's one fat girl that works there who tells every pointe dancer "you have beautiful feet". Like seriously?

Really Bad experience. Staff is not kind. They speak like why you have come to this store. WIll never go again to this store. Wasted my sunday to visit this store
