Coffee is decent but nothing extraordinary. The vibe and atmosphere is really good, with lots of seating but in an intimate like setting. What is special about this place is all the posters about events happening locally - this gives it a community feel. The food on display looks good. Staff are friendly.
Stopped in for some Lunch and blighty delivered! We had the Glastonbury toast which was an interesting combination but absolutely delicious, the Hemp seeds were surprisingly tasty. Tried their banana bread with coconut yoghurt and berries which was moist and very filling. Not many Vegan options but they were lovely, definitely worth a visit
Visited last weekend, during Community Festival, so it was expectedly busy. It wasn't clear whether we can stroll in an grab a seat or wait for a number. It's the former, as all the tables are numbered. The front of the restaurant is cute and cosy, but with not much seating. However, there is an upstairs and a garden upstairs too that is ample. We sat in the garden, which was half/half in shade, which was welcome in that heat! I liked the interior downstairs and upstairs but did not feel the garden meshed with it. We ordered breakfast, it came quickly and was delightful - drop scones were a highlight.
Delicious breakfast, 'full vegeterian' is my number one pick, so good! Nice coffee & staff but a bit chaotic when busy, only one person to take orders and make drinks.
Breakfast great lunch time menu limited. Easy relaxed approached to service and very friendly staff.
Delicious food and coffee + the loveliest staff!
Not sure why this place has such a high evaluation. Nice as atmosphere, it feels quite out of the box and alternative. Not the cleanest place. I had a vegetarian English breakfast, food is ordinary. Lazy Service you need to order at the counter and than take drinks and food to your table. when there is arsenal match the menu is non existent, the only thing they serve is English breakfast. I've asked to simply remove the eggs from my order and they said because the kitchen was busy they couldn't take variations.
Amazing brekky and coffee and cool cafe! We were greeted by Carmen and her big smile and dimples which made our day! It’s always a yes to choc on a cappuccino.
Attended a workshop there. It was a good room with no disturbance to us. A bit untidy but I cleaned up. Maybe they should give a cleaner room next time. No water or basin to wash our mugs. Not a great service.Food: 2/5
This place is a solid choice for a weekend brunch. The food is always great and huge and the menu is really Interesting- taking you on a culinary tour of the Commonwealth. Staff are also a delight. It can get VERY busy at the weekends...
