Asked Jay to give me a quote on some work on a house in Northampton, he said he'd pop by my office to collect the key from me today (as it is rented out)... 5pm and still no word from him, so I called him to see when he was stopping by to which he replied "to be honest, I can't be bothered with it." Clearly this company is doing so well that they can afford to turn down good business. His reasons were "because the tenant wasn't there to let him into the house the last time" (when he had stopped by with no indication of what time he was turning up!) Completely useless and a total waste of my time - Look elsewhere.
