I have been a client of Blend for 9 years now. They provide a professional, proactive service which goes far beyond standard accountancy. Through working with Blend, I have been able to grow my business into a limited company and consider them a key part of the team when it comes to the success of the business.
I have been working with Blend for nearly 4 years now, and without their support I don’t think I would have such a great understanding of how to run a profitable and efficient business. The team are always on hand for advice, and nothing ever seems to be too much for them. Their attention to detail is second to none, and they always explain every detail clearly. When it comes to the end of the financial year, the first question that they ask is in relation to any financial goals that I have for the upcoming year, and then make sure that my accounts are in the best possible position to achieving these goals. I would have absolutely no second thoughts about recommending Blend to anyone who is self employed and, like me, need an accountant that genuinely cares about their future financial plans.
After 10 years of freelancing and handling my own accounts, it was time to find a proper accountancy service to keep me on the straight and narrow and to help me grow after I launched my own microenterprise. Blend were recommended to me on the basis of having a hands-on approach, responsive customer service, and customisable packages to meet the changing needs of my business. I wanted to change accountants after i heard about Blend's award-winning service and having to constantly chase my own accountant and their lack of proactive contact. Blend have been outstanding right from the point I made an enquiry with them, through to onboarding and on to them reviewing and maintaining my accounts. They helped me incorporate my business, their communications are proactive, professional, and friendly and everything is easy for me - from their portal, to e-signature documents and reminder system. Liv has been great as my client manager, ably supported by Dean. Thanks to all at Blend for a seamless transition from my previous accountant.
