I honestly cannot complain about the service I have recieved by the staff and management in Blaze. I have been going there, along with my mother and late daughter for a number of years and have always been treated with respect. I am delighted with my hair both colour and cut and my nails are always perfect. There is great humour in the salon and you always have a laugh. Going there brightens up my day. They offer tea and coffee and I just love the buzz that is around when it is busy. The owner is always welcoming and interested in customers and the stylists and nail technicians are cheery and do an excellent job. I would happily recommend Blaze to others.

Sadly, cannot recommend the salon. A snooty guy who turned out to be a senior stylist advised me that no matter how long I'm prepared to wait for the appointment HE will NEVER be available. Clearly I wasn't good enough customer to offer service to. Shame on you, Blaze!

This is a review of Blaze Hair & Beauty Edinburgh. I booked an appointment at the salon and it was deserted except for the 3 employees who sat about yakking with each other for quite some time despite no customers until someone finally noticed me and took me to a chair. The whole place stank of an overpowering chemical smell which turned out to be the false nails station. The 'stylist' took an hour to do a cut and dry which should have taken 15 mins, frequently digging her scissors into my neck. I was given the sort of freaky lopsided mullet which you'd get if you asked your mate, who knew nothing about cutting hair, to do it for you. I'm going to a proper hairdresser to get it fixed now.

This is the worst customer services I have experienced. The staff member I was dealing with, needs to go on a course to learn to handle customer complaints and learn to apologise, saying sorry for a mistake they made costs nothing. Even more shocking, the management were worse than the staff member !!!!! I will never go there again or recommend to anyone. Im not the only one to have been treated like this many others have complained. Shame on you Blaze!!
