Friendly little place, simple but satisfying menu - refreshing.
Blanchards is an excellent place to go and have a long chat with a friend over lunch or a nice piece of cake and tea. It's probably not where you want to go if you just need to dash through a sandwich and get to your next appointment. The atmosphere is lovely, there's always a bunch of interesting gifts to look at, and the food is always great. Go, take your time, it's magic.

Blanchards cafe is a lovely bright cafe freindly staff and dog friendly, varied menue good helpings and reasonably priced, home knitted baby clothes that the staff have knitted are for sale
Reasonable prices and was made to feel welcome. They also have a sign saying we'll behaved dogs welcome so would be nice to go for a lunch without having to worry about the dog.

Lovely cafe. Delicious homemade coffee cake and lemon cheesecake. Will definitely call again. Highly recommended
Always a lovely visit.food is very good, staff very welcoming. We had just missed the plant sale. outside eating area. Lots of things on sale too x
