The attention to detail and care through out the whole customer journey at this store is outstanding. The staff offer incredible advice and clean of my garments from all that have been tailored, cleaned or even stain removal. Mirela in particular is not only friendly but so knowledgable and it brightens my day when I see her. I could not recommend this place enough!
I stopped going to them for a few months. They are not problem-solvers. Without communication charged me over £30 for an unclean dress. Only found out when I went to open the cover to wear it. It was a cotton dress with a rhinestone logo. If they cannot handle a cotton dress what can they handle? I was going to hand in my wedding dress but it’s beaded so I don’t have any hope for that.
I am a regular user of BLANC but recently very disappointed. Their dry cleaning is actually good but the customer service is awful. I dropped a Balmain jacket over to be the dry cleaned, normally I pay £13 for a jacket, unless it’s sequenced or has some work on it, £13 is the standard charge. I got a text saying I have been charged £41 and jacket is ready for collection. When I reached out to challenge the £41, I was told it’s a branded jacket. The cost of dry cleaning should only change if either the fabric is special or jacket has extra bits on it which might require special attention, neither was the case on my jacket. When I contacted customer service, their emails were aggressive not apologetic, they could send me proof of agreeing to the cost in advance and Chloe in particular is difficult person to deal with. I found this behaviour deceptive and I note their response to any negative review is to fight back rather than take feedback and improve.
The best in London to get rid of stains and treating with care every individual piece of clothing regardless of material from wool to cotton or leather including shoes. Their alterations service is also fantastic and I am not an employee: but a regular customer.
I brought my chanel jacket in two weeks ago. And it came back with new stains on the jacket. Their employee had no idea how it went on then came back said they were there before. They showed me the cctv footage which you literally cant see anything on the jacket at all. And they took another week of communicating with their customer services to fix the problem. They sent out the email today without any progress and keep saying it is not their duty to clean the stains and they won’t refund. Come on, you are a drey cleaning service and you don’t entitle to try to clean the garment and took a month to do nothing but return the original jacket ? And you still charge for keep my jacket for a month without doing anything plus make it even dirtier ? How funny this kind of service could still existing in London. It is not right and I will definitely seek for legal advice on the matter.
Amazing service. Joseph is hands down the best tailor in London! Not only is he very efficient and kind, he is extremely skilled! In addition to tailoring items for me quickly and efficiently, he helped me when I was having a crisis with my wedding dress! When I was panicking about having potentially ripped my wedding dress after having the most delicate part of it caught in the zipper of a garment bag, Joseph quickly made time for me and within minutes fixed everything dress AND garment bag as if nothing had happened! And he gave me excellent advice for the care of everything to avoid any future mishaps.
Experience with BLANC was outstanding. Praiseworthy service by Irena the tailor and the shop assistant Moona in Marylebone. Have to say, Irena is a perfectionist. Very happy with the alterations. They did more than 20 suits, jackets and coats for me. All was done in due time and even more. Will definitely be back though i have to drive around 2 hours from my home : Thanks R Zakaria
I didn’t even want to give a 1 star. This place is a sham! Twice ruined my duvet despite me giving so many warnings and then took months to resolve the issue. Last time it took 2 months before they were finally convinced that it was a bad job done and had to buy me a new duvet and now again the same problem which is going to go through the loop! Do not use!Service: Laundry wash & fold
Fantastic results . Dorota, the tailor did an amazing repair on one of my favourite coats. It’s like new! Also my splash from tomato pasta sauce on my Armani linen jacket vanished. Best of all, a white cotton summer jacket had been left in a suitcase during covid and suffered yellowish damp marks everywhere. They did an amazing job getting rid of them . Great service !!
I was very disappointed with Blanc's online pick-up/delivery shirt service. On my first order I was significantly overcharged and my order was delivered a few days after scheduled with incorrect items. Blanc incorrectly labeled my business shirts and polo shirts as sweaters, which incur a nearly 3x greater charge. They initially only agreed to refund an amount that was still greater than what I should have paid according to their price list. Finally, the clothing arrived without starching, folding or their 'premium finish' -- all of which I paid extra for. I was eventually given a discount after threatening a partial chargeback when they failed to respond to my calls and emails. I have since tried using Blanc 2 more times but the driver did not pick up my order on both occasions without explanation. They're simply too unreliable to give a 4th chance.
