I’m a new patient to Lockerbie dental and so far I am so impressed! The girls on reception are friendly and professional, the surgery is always immaculate! I went to Carol and Devon hygienist today and what a great experience. Carol was so friendly and knowledgeable, she explained step by step what she was doing and why. I would recommend Lockerbie dental to anyone!
I love coming to Lockerbie dental and I’m supposed to hate the dentist! I started my orthodontic treatment around a year ago now and the service I have received is fantastic! All the staff are very friendly and chatty, I have also noticed they make an effort to remember patients names before checking them in on the computer. I’d like to make a special mention of Tammy who started me off with my braces and let me have an informed choice of which brace to go for and always sends me a message about a week after my appointment to see how I’m doing. I’d also like to mention Tasha, who at my last hygiene appointment was run off of her feet that Saturday but still made sure that I was seen to in a reasonable time and kept me informed about my appointment. She made me feel at ease whilst having my hygiene appointment which I’m not a big fan of! I really appreciate that staff at Lockerbie dental!
First class service every time. I’m a single dad with 3 young kids and things tend to be a little chaotic at the best of times. Staff are also very professional and patient with us all. Nothing is too much trouble. The practice itself is amazing. Best one I’ve ever been too. We feel very fortunate to have them. Kudos to Doctor Shaikh, Deven and the team.
I had a hygienist appointment with Carol and her assistant Demi and despite feeling apprehensive, I was immediately put at ease by their warm, friendly and courteous manner. Carol is very professional and knowledgeable and explained each step thoroughly. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Lockerbie Dental.
I visited to meet an Oral Medicine Specialist. I have to say that I was scared out of my wits but Audrey put me at ease as soon as I arrived. Her easygoing personality, warmth and professionalism soon took away all of my worries. I'm so glad that I chose your surgery and I'd highly recommend.
My dentist is Ryan and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He takes time and explains all options, takes my input on board then we agree on next steps. Reception staff are friendly, accommodating and always smiling. I have no plans to go elsewhere, why would I?!
Going to the dentist was always a fear of mine until I found Lockerbie Dental. The reception staff are are amazing, they text and phone you to remind you of your appointment or to inform you of any changes, this and at the counter on arrival at the practice is done in an extremely friendly manner putting you at ease from the get go. You are the called into your appointment by the dentist themselves, again with a cheerful manner putting you further at ease. They always enquire as to your overall welfare etc before they start. They always fully expect exactly what they are going to do on that day then start treatment. They are very professional in their approach and I have never experienced hurt and I've had 5 extractions and numerous fillings and the dentist checks on your wellbeing all the time. You then go back out to the cheerful receptionist's who take payment due, book any other appointments necessary and wish you well on departure. As an extremely nervous patient l recently visited Lockerbie Dental and had work carried out by both Dr Audrey Kershaw and Yasir. Both were able to put me at ease and l was able to have a Wisdom tooth removed without sedation, which l had previously thought was my only option, and a repair to a front tooth both of which l had been putting off for a great deal of time All staff in the practice were welcoming and the practice itself is a calm environment
The staff are wonderful, caring and empathic. I have put off having a filling done for years. Finally pain drove me to have it sorted. The staff were so lovely and it was fixed really quickly. I’ll never use another dental surgery. Thank you x
I had my first appointment with Hygienist Carol and her assistant Sophie today. Carol explained everything so well and thorough, answering all my questions. The service was fantastic. Great team!
