very pleased with my log burner, Great value for money.
Unreliable, shody workmanship, unresponsive to complaints, a catalogue of errors describes the installation of my stove by this company. This was the cheapest quote by far from 3 companies that quoted but unfortunately you get what you pay for.
Do not use this shody company. They are the most unreliable people. Have waited a year for them to come out and see the mess they have fitted. In process of reporting them to HETAS. Do yourself a favour go somewhere else !!! Had to put 1 star to put post on !!! posted for my mum.
Very friendly nothing to much trouble recommend
Do not use them the work is shoddy they don't even give you a compliance certificate or register with hetas . I now how to pay £400 to put my woodburner save to use .
