After quoting for job it became increasingly difficult to contact Mr Blackie, Eventually he returned my call, assured me he would be there later in the week and told me to take the ceiling down to allow access as agreed. Needless to see he did not turn up neither has he returned any of my calls. No way could I recommend this man
