On behalf of my mother-in-law who is an investor at Austin Hall student development. This firm has an interesting manner of dealing with things - they are 'kicking' their clients from one solicitor to another and everyone seems to get conveniently sick or on annual leave just when there's trouble with the purchase. Needless to say, they take forever to only reply to an email. We are starting to think that they cooperate with developers who seem to be conning us. This firm should just be banned from their business. Stay right away!!!

Strange how my review was removed! Horrendous Solicitors do not use!! House sale took 6 months to go through due to lack of communication and lack of chain chasing being told that they dont chase the chain how could you complete a house transaction if you dont chain chase!! . I ended up nearly having a breakdown due to this Solicitor and her staff & lost 4 stone in weight due to the stress & worry. Her staff are v.rude and in the end I chain chased and good job I did being led to believe I was in a chain of two but no we ended up in a chain of 5 and the chain had broken three months into the transaction yet this Solicitor had no idea & were not bothered that I was left in a financial mess. On the day of exchange (after 6 long months) being told by this Solicitor that the chain had broken again but that was false information. So glad to have completed & then had to fight to get my money. I am seriously looking at reporting them to the SRA board to look into this matter. It was only after I moved I found out these were my ex-husband's Solicitor & they lost was this a bit of payback to treat me so badly. Poor staff, severe lack of communication & would have given a -50 star.

Purchasers of my property used these ,had nothing but trouble. Lack of communication with my solicitor and estate agent.When they asked for document's etc these were sent immediately,but they just proceeded at a snails pace relying on normal mail instead of DX ,email or phone for communication.Even when the purchaser tried to keep it moving along they didn't appear to bother.I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

Currently buying a property, this solicitor is acting on behalf of the vendor. This is just another review complaining about how inefficient they are and how poorly they communicate. They have ignored both calls and emails from the estate and agent and my solicitor. I would avoid using them or having any sort of interactions with this company at all costs. Unfortunately due to their incompetencey, we’re now considering withdrawing from the sale.
