Took my son in to get his hair done for going back to school. Wayne was super patient with him, handy because he has autism and ADHD and can talk the hind legs off a donkey. Wayne was able to filter what he was saying to get the important details about the cut he was after, then was able to style his hair so he was happy And gave him a wee confidence boost. Wayne is a superstar.  He rescued my hair after a 2 different hairdressers made some interesting choices on both cut and colour of my hair.  He took the time to listen to how I like it, gave me options on the best way forward to work with what I had now and then worked his magic!  I know have hair that I can easily managed without having to straighten it within an inch of its life, great colour and even I can now get it to swish :-  I was recommend to use him I went to his Dumfries Salon and I can see why. Alison is a really good stylist who knows what works for you. My husband gets his hair cut with Wayne, the owner as he really understands how to shape his style in the way he likes it. I believe all the stylists there are good judging by those happy customers I've seen. There is a beauty salon above, which I think they don't promote enough in the salon. I think they should be shouting about it, and maybe offering some treatments like facials, manicures and pedicures while your waiting for dye or perm to set on hair. Proper pampering!

Lovely staff. Always do my hair very well

My 5 Yr old daughter had a bob with a wee fringe cut and a hair braid taken out. The stylist was brilliant with her and bent over backwards to help with the braid.
