Went to Greggs inside. The lad behind the counter was nice. Got 2 sausage rolls that were a tad on the cool side but nice.
The shell garage what a let down. Drive all the way from Scotland. To be met with toilets locked. And can’t get a coffee. As they want to clean both machines at the same time. So you can’t get a drink. If you have traveled a long distance. I’d recommend using a services before you get this far. Also they lost out on a £550 worth of diesel sale.
customer service from the extra staff is amazing!! they were so helpful and friendly when i was asking questions about the parking ticket machine and the services were also very taken care of and clean! really happy with my experience there
I visited the services today on a journey to visit family , I would like to say how impressed I was the services it may be smaller than most but was amazilimgly clean and had a nice atmosphere very welcoming , you couldnAlso see members of staff chatting with customers And it was just all round a friendly happy place . I visited the toilet while there And was blown away. They was brand new and sparkling. Clean. And had a nice aroma. which is rare for most services I would just like to give credit to the staff and management doing such a good job !
