Awful bus station. There is no proper queuing system for the bus gates, so people just push in. It's a big bus station but it's soulless. Big glass box. Do not pay cash for the drink vending machines. They keep the cash and don't dispense the drinks. I told the security, but they weren't bothered. They were too busy hanging around outside vaping with teens. Customer service desk ladies are great, though. Very polite and helpful.
the bus station is big and airy ,reasonably clean and plenty of seating , fully accessible with a wheelchair , staff on information desk was more interested with chatting to her colleagues than answering my enquiry
My experience in Blackburn bus stationwas verypoor andi was verysurprised,t that was my first time to visit Blackburn and I wasn't familiar with the areas, the drivers were very rude to me whenever I asked them for directions. they seems to be very much in hurry and not willing to spend little time to explain anything even though I told them it was my first time here. Beautiful station but very poor experience.
Friendly staff, buses regularly to local and further afield destinations.nnIn the centre of town next to the market.
Looks like an airport terminal. But the toilet was not opened when I tried to use it.
