Great large store with plenty of choice. There can be quite a big queue to be served at times but usually several staff on the tills, and it soon clears

After the series of lockdowns, I went to CF to buy birthday cards for relatives. I had managed with online purchases, but it was so good to go into the shop. Staff members were putting out new stock and there was an excellent selection. Staff were obviously happy to be there and it was an excellent return to what I, for one, had previously taken for granted.

Amazing staff at the Card Factory. David and the other members of staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help me and provided excellent customer service. Definitely recommend for all your card and gifting needs!
