It’s a pity one star is the lowest I can give. I spent £2,500 on a suite which was delivered the week before Christmas. In March, I emailed the company with my dissatisfaction as the furniture had lost its definition, discoloured and the fabric frayed to an unacceptable standard. We were refused a refund as it is allegedly not a manufacturing fault despite the company admitting that the discolouration was due to sunlight exposure! They obviously think that 4 months is long enough for a suite to retain it’s colour. Next stop, small claims court.
We have bought several items of furniture from the store and found them good quality and reasonably priced. The staff offer a good level of assistance without being pushy. It is for these reasons that we continue to buy from Blackbridge Furnishings.
Excellent showroom with a good range of stock. Prices ok. You can maybe shave 5-10% by buying online but I'd rather deal with a local company. Much easier if there are any issues. Friendly and helpful salesmen.
