Polite, helpful, knowledgable and hella fast, not to mention very thorough. These guys are awesome. I was tired of getting my tracking and tyres done at dodgy places like kwikfit and National tyres who always mess something up and always looking to nickel and dime their customers to death. I did a lot of research on Bmw forums and this business pops up a lot. I was not disappointed. Having arrived ten minutes later than planned at the end of the day, the team had all four of my tyres done in double quick time. They let me know that the tracking would not be possible until I had repaired a broken rear spring (which they had noticed while doing my tyres). Needless to say, I will be back there soon to have the geometry sorted. These guys are my new go to place for tyres and tracking. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I didn’t even mind driving all the way from junction 8 on the M24 to get there.

Read a review in Autocar on these guys. Having an ongoing issue with my XF decided to give them a go although they are 60 miles from where I live. First visit they told me to have a set of lower bushes replace before they would align it. Which was correct and good advice. When I booked the car back in they agreed the issue I had highlighted was wrongly set. Realigned the vehicle to my preference and all at a great price.

Totally disappointed with their service, I visit them for a 4 wheel alignment and after an hour that they struggle to finish the car, they sent me home and asked me if i could come back the next day, because they had other appointments after my car, which was booked for an hour. That was so unprofessional...
