Excellent service from start to finish. Jack helped me initially and was very knowledgeable. Ray was the second sales advisor that I spoke with, he was extremely helpful and patient with me while switched between wanting one car and then another! I chose the car that was perfect for me and they repaired a small chip that was on the back bumper while I waiting lots of free coffee was consumed. Dan in the customer services department was very efficient and made sure that I was able to prepare my finance and drive away my car the same day. I felt like the whole team was working around me for the whole day and made me feel like I was very looked after. Great service. Thanks all!
Completely different experience to what I have experienced in buying cars previously - The staff were informative and helpful but gave us the space to explore without feeling pressured. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!!!
Second car car I have purchased from BCM in the last month. Purchase process from start to finish excellent. No hard sell. All cars clearly priced with specifications and mileage. The price you see is the price you pay. Ray sorted test drives nothing was too much trouble. Will use again...
I love the car but this is nothing to do with dealer Tom who is whorst person i meet in my life! 1st He tell me we check everything and service the car, ok but when i personally check it omg the air filter was dark like nightminimum 3 years not changed, polution filter was originalso ~7 years old and the worst engine oil was not changed and he told me next chage it after 10000 miles 2nd A friend of mine advice me to make full protection of engine and all other components so i ask Tom can i make it with BMC he say ok for full protection 300£ per year i say ok but he lies again...He make me essential protection wich is not full and suppost to cost 250 not 300 second if in the fiture something happend they will say its not full protection 100% and i must pay again for repair, so i cancel it... lies lies lies! So i not recomend it! P.S. Special thanks to Rey why explain me about the situation and try to help me.

Purchased a vehicle from these guys a few months back. Friendly folks, no aggressive sales tactics which is good. A bit busy on the day, but prefer this type of business rather than the humongous Car Dealers you can find sometimes. Person who delivered my vehicle was a good lad also.
Amazing choice of good quality cars at reasonable prices. Great finance options available. A family member I was with bought herself a lovely car, just 18 months old. Recommend a visit if you're in the market for some new wheels

Bought my car yesterday so easy, staff were brilliant no hassle left me to look around the cars I wanted on my own and think what I wanted with no pressure. Great selection of cars really great place would recommend to anyone and will be purchasing again.
