AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Would give Zero star if there was an option. Staff totally unhelpful, knew what kind of bind I was in so deliberately wouldn't sell me a blank key thinking I would have to hire him as a locksmith just for him to drill out the lock. Selling blank keys is not illegal as I was misinformed by staff. These people just want as much of your money with as little effort possible. So approx £100+ call out, new lock probably £50 rather than keep customer happy with a £3 key TERRIBLE would not recommend! Not all of us have the money to pay for their top tier service and for that they treat you badly even if they know you posses many of the old locksmith skills we don't see anymore sadly. Just a dreadful attitude.

Couldn't even be bothered to order three keys, a JMA IS-15 a HD XH1199 and an ISEO IE27R Told me I needed to spend £300 on 3 new locks on top of whatever they feel like charging you to gain entry and for fitting "new locks" that I don't need. Luckily there are helpful merchants in town that don't just want to rip you off. £500 bill avoided for £9!! Honestly don't bother.

Not good, not good at all, staff don't even know how to use the internet, just want you to buy stuff that you don't need. There are more deserving businesses in town I recommend you use them.

This is a fantastic local business, with service to match. I use this company regularly as we are a local Estate agency to get keys cut and to open up doors when the keys can not be found. The shop also has lots of individual items for special occasions on display. I recently found some amazing gifts in the shop which i could not find anywhere in the town. Darren will go above and beyond in order to to ensure his customers are happy and safe, even if it means working out of hours! Every town needs a Black Wolf. Director of Sell New Ltd
