I recently lost my best friend and went to Black Orchid for the first time, I was treated so beautifully with such care and concern even though i couldn't stop crying. My Cana Lily spray for her coffin was perfect and I never forgot the kindness of the staff as they could not do enough to help. So much so that today I have ordered my own Mothers day flowers for me, and spoke to the same lovely lady. The other thing that has to be said is the flowers are the best quality and last ages.. So what are you lovely folk waiting for get ordering go meet her for yourself and buy instore where nothing is to much trouble. Thank you Black Orchid you rock!!!!!!!!

Amazing flowers were for a male friend for a sad occasion. I thought the choice in flowers wernt to girly and was suitable for the occasion.

We had the best possible experience for our wedding flowers from Black Orchid, which so many of our guests complimented us on. I went in with an idea of what I DIDN'T want and they did the rest. The manager was personable, friendly and able to pick up on what I actually DID want even before I did! I've returned again for a bouquet for my mother-in-law, who was absolutely delighted with what she received, and that was just an over the phone order. If you're after extraordinary flowers, imaginative bouquets and exceptional service, I couldn't recommend anyone better. Top class!

Recieved a bouquet today from my daughter in Brisbane chosen and tied and delivered from your company. They are the best flowers in a bouquet that I have ever received and I have had loads sent from all over Britain as I have lived in so many areas, the flowers are expertly chosen for colour and exquisite perfume, absolutely jam packed with budded blooms, thank you so much, we will be using your shop again in the future.

Lousy customer service. Had a genuine complaint which was dealt with very badly (a replacement item that was far worse than the original). On having the audacity to complain about the replacement as well, I was asked "Well what do you want me to do about it?". Not an ounce of apology, just challenging my complaint. After four years loyal custom and recommendations to friends, I will be doing the opposite. Perhaps there's been a change of ownership or management? The current manager does not know how to keep a customer.
