Friendly pub with great real ales that are brewed locally . Lovely building that is well set out and very comfortable. Well worth a visit

Incredible pub with warm cozy atmosphere and always an excellent selection of guest ales. One of my favourite pubs.

Homophobic bigoted customers not very pleasant atmosphere

First 2 pints from the draught pumps were bad. The stout tasted off. Other drinkers had the same problem and noticed another abandoned stout outside. The Coors lager was cloudy with bits floating in it. Both were undrinkable and was not offered a refund for either. Cost me nearly £9 to get a pint I could drink. Drank 2 and have a headache today. Not very well kept despite CAMRA awards, which I assume don't apply to anything that isn't real ale.
