Good food best breakfast yet in Oxford for many years and great friendly service. Will be returning.
The pub itself is much nicer than last time I went in, about a year ago. It seemed dark and unwelcoming despite its refit then. This was a much nicer feel. Disappointing that a venue advertising the eat out to help out scheme has its kitchen closed on Tuesdays though!
Excellently fry up! Delicious...and kept me going all day!
A much improved pub that offers very good home cooked food at a reasonable price with generous portions. The Sunday roast is highly recommended but booking is advised.
