Was dealt with by Jemma/ Gemma, had a horrible experience she was extremely rude and unprofessional made me late to work and didn’t end up giving me a car I am a very loyal enterprise customer and I have never had such a terrible experience, she said she was manager which shocked me as I don’t understand how she got that role but absolutely horrible lady very unprofessional worst experience ever!
Gemma was excellent couldn’t fault her really knew her stuff and very knowledgeable
Great service from Jordan and his team, my rental was booked at the last minute 2 hours before they closed on the Friday before bank holiday and they still managed to find a car for me ready to pick up 10am sat morning. Jordan kept in contact on the Friday to provide the update The car was nice and clean. Pick up and drop off was hassle free, no pushy hard selling either which I liked. Very friendly staff, so much that i have relocated my future reservations to this branch and will be getting my repeat custom. Fantastic service from this branch!
Mike and his team are absolute Stars, they really do go beyond what you might anticipate good service to be. Nothing to too much trouble, be absolutely reassured of their friendly reliable service. Cars are always spotlessly clean inside and out. I refuse to use anywhere else, when hiring a car whether for business or pleasure. Thank-you Mike and the team.

Unfortunately had a few issues. Made a complaint and was told I'd receive an email in response which never came.
Excellent service from all staff. Also quite happy to extend the free hire to enable me to pick up my car from garage, from where they collected rental vehicle, at no charge. Now that's service. Thanks again.
Popped in for a quote today with my Mother in Law after visiting another hire company, Jordan and his colleague were both courteous , helpful in explaining everything up front no hidden extras etc , we both left valued customers, we would definetly hire again from Jordan and his team.
