awful, charged us nearly £200 for changing brake pad then charged for a load of work we didn't even ask them to do! When argued some younger guy got hostile and started going on about legal action unless immediate payment received. Paid reluctantly as needed the car and felt threatened. Would NEVER entertain going again: bunch of robbing cowboys!!!!
