I was looking where​ to go for a lunch with my friend and I looked on the Michelin map on the app on my phone trying to find the place on the half way and Michelin recommend restaurant was right once again. Nice and tasty food for affordable price.

Excellent staff trained by the impeccable Mark Shannon. My family all enjoyed their selected dishes from a varied and interesting menu. The chef has talent there is no doubt about that. For a great eating experience Bistro 0ne is the place to be.
Fantastic food and great atmosphere in Bistro One. We celebrated my brother's engagement there last weekend and Mark and team pulled out all the stops to welcome us and to make our night special. Food was delicious and excellent value for the quality delivered. Comfortable COVID-wise too. We will be back. Thanks all at Bistro One.

I went there on last friday and it was a surprise for me, one of the best restaurants in Dublin for sure and I've been in a lot of them. It's not a big restaurant, but when you get in you feel like at home, with a very nice vibe. I order a steak, my daughter a corn soup and a fresh pasta with pumpkin, my wife fish and chips. I tried the soup and it was very nice and good for this cold weather, very different from others that I tried before. I couldn't try the pasta because it have cheese and I don't eat cheese, but she told me it was excellent. I tried the fish and chips and it was really very good, I usually don't like fish and chips because in mostly all the places they use really bad oils, but this one was awesome. The meat was wonderful, very very good meat and it was very well cooked, and I tried meat in some of the best places in Dublin. I will be back for sure, I really enjoyed this place. Please, continue like this.
Excellent restaurant. Top quality food, friendly service. Always a great meal out and the takeaway menu during the lockdown was also very good.
The food and service is really great. The price is not cheep but is justified by the high quality. A great place to treat yourself to a nice meal.
