i have just had the best experience ever, from the time i made the booking to the time i got to Saudi the company made every thing easy for us. we travelled as a group and did everything together as a group including the umrah. as it was my first time it was made very easy for us. i would highly recommend this company. JazakAllahu khairan to the entire team of bismillah hajj

My experience with bismillah hajj and umrah was remarkable. The food, service and accommodation were exceptionally well making my umrah experience a pleasant stay. I would definitely choose this for myself again and recommend bismillah hajj and umrah for everyone

I have never met such an argumentative organisation with poor customer relation skills
It is renound that 5 and 4 star hotels all over the world do not charge children under 12 if they use their parents existing bedding however this company seem to have their own policy's
Being a frequent traveller and taking my children to stay in the hilton hotels and the movenpick hotels in mecca I never payed extra for my under 12 child but this company state that the same hotels charge lahowla wala kuwatailabillah
Customer service is not their forte
