This is our second time here. We travelled from Blackpool and are happy to do so because the food is so amazing. Everything tastes delicious and flavoursome. It is very reasonably priced and with generous portions that do not disappoint. The service is high quality. Nothing is too much and they are all so friendly. Service is quick and the hot chocolate is out of this world. Biskits is quickly becoming a favourite for our family. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Top notch food! Visiting Manchester down from London and honestly one of the best brunches we’ve had! Everything was cooked to perfection, generous portion sizes, and great flavours with every bite. Nice atmosphere too, could do with some new menus but otherwise 10/10. Coffees, pistachio latte and desi tea was great also. Thank you to Farah and the team for a lovely brunch!
This place serves nice, good tasting comforting food. The knafah range of desserts and reviews on Google attracted me to try this place and I’ve been here twice and both times it didn’t disappoint. The first time I tried a chicken cheese sandwich with soup which was lovely and perfect for a cold day! The second time we tried Parmesan and loaded fries which was also good! Staff are friendly also. Will be returning again, maybe to try the brunch sometime.
I visited this diner first time in Manchester based on its positive reviews. Upon arrival, the aesthetics were appealing, and there was ample seating for groups, which was a plus. We were seated promptly, and our orders were taken soon after. However, the payment process was slightly inconvenient as we had to settle the bill at the back of the restaurant—though not a major issue.nnWe requested our hot drinks to be served with the mains, but they arrived slightly earlier. The wait between the drinks and food wasn’t too bad, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The waiter who took our order was excellent—attentive and demonstrated great customer service. Unfortunately, the same couldn’t be said for the lady who served our tea; she didn’t smile and placed the drinks down without much engagement, which made the service feel abrupt.nnWhen the food arrived, it was well-plated and visually appealing. My friends ordered the masala omelette with chicken, while I opted for the chicken burger with skin-on potatoes. The burger was very tasty, but unfortunately, the chips weren’t cooked properly, which was disappointing. Additionally, no sauces were offered, and no one checked if everything was okay, which could have improved the experience. However, given it was a busy lunchtime, this may have been overlooked.nnOverall, I enjoyed the dining experience, but there were a few areas that could have been better. With a bit more attentiveness and consistency in service, this place could easily shine. Based on my visit, I’d rate it around 3.5 to 4 stars.
If you're on the hunt for a top-tier brunch spot, look no further—this place is it. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere? Relaxed and welcoming, with just the right level of buzz—lively but not chaotic. The kind of place where you can actually enjoy your meal and your conversation.nnNow, let's talk food. Oh. My. Goodness. The Loaded Fries Philly Cheesesteak? Absolute perfection—cheesy, flavorful, and just the right amount of indulgent. And if you’re a breakfast person which, let’s be real, who isn’t?, you’re in luck. The pancakes and breakfast options are top-notch, with something for everyone. The menu is stacked with great choices, making it almost impossible to decide but in the best way.nnBut what really makes this place shine is the staff. They’re not just friendly—they're the kind of genuinely lovely people who make you feel like a regular on your very first visit. A special shoutout to the amazing waiter the guy! and the lovely lady at the till, who were incredibly warm and accommodating.nnAs someone with food allergies, I was seriously impressed by how seriously they take it here. From the moment I got the menu to ordering at the till, I was asked about allergies, and they even had a special book for me to check ingredients. It’s rare to find a place that’s this thoughtful and proactive—it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.nnAll in all, I can’t fault this place. Great food, wonderful people, and a chill atmosphere. A true hidden gem that deserves all the love. I’ll definitely be back!
