We have used this company 3 times. They moved us this week and we cannot praise them highly enough. The team were efficient, friendly, helpful and considerate. We were not as organised as we would have liked to have been due to age and the time between exchange and completion being just 1 week. Also our items need to go to 3 different places and they coped with this with good humour. They didn’t complain about our new flat being on the 3rd floor and without a lift. They made sure that I was comfortable when sitting outside to tell them what needed to go in the garage and what in the flat. We had several high value antique items which all arrived unscathed. There was one breakage of something I had made, which had no monetary value and the team were very upset and most apologetic despite my assurances that it was unimportant. We thoroughly recommend this company both for price and efficiency! The Knight family.
Ash, Jake and Smudge are a credit to your team and worked extremely hard getting us moved and into our new property last week. It was a long day for us all and I wanted them to know that we were very happy and grateful for their help. Hopefully we won't have to move again for a little while but based on their work ethic, we wouldn't think twice about contacting you again to assist us with removals.
I want to say a huge thank you! Rob, when you came around with the quote, it was very genuine and heartfelt, almost like you’ve been doing this for years! :- The chaps that did all the work were fantastic, and boy, did the work hard, probably too hard! Please pass on my thanks to them!! They knew exactly what they were doing and how to make the move as easiest as possible. Thank you for helping my family’s move smooth and painless, as you all know, moving houses from the most stressful things you can do.
Would highly recommend this company. All of the staff from Scott who attended our home address and gave us the initial quote to the office staff and Jason and Jordan who moved us over two days were very professional and had a ‘can do approach’. I had badly injured my back the week before the move and Jason and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before they finished on both days. Peter the owner visited our address during the move to make sure we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. We are due to move again during the next 12 months and will not hesitate in using Bishops Waltham Removals again.
Experienced, competitively priced, careful! From our initial meeting with Scott, through many calls to the office team, to the final move, the BWR team were excellent. We did not use their packing service but the removal crew were all very careful and considerate - thank you especially to J for his leadership.
The BW removals team were brilliant from start to finish. They were friendly, efficient, and helped to calm our nerves on the day too. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They were also a competitive and fair price. They listened to our requests with the rooms and even though the day got late, they still wanted to check we were happy with each room and were offering to move more things around for us. Thank you!
From the minute Peter came and gave me the quote, to the day of moving when Steve and James were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, always checking in everything was ok. They turned up when they said they would and left everything where I asked them to. Even today, when Steve and Anthony picked up the empty boxes they cared enough to ask after my own injury.. Thank you team, you definitely deserve 5 stars !! JC
The team were friendly and efficient from start to finish. The office staff worked around our tight timescales, the men packing on the day were quick, cheerful and careful with our goods. Jamie, Luke, Andy and John were all a real asset to the company- thank you.
