Ive had the car i bought from them for a month now. 4 years old. In great condition. No problems as yet. The car really was in great condition and it seems these guys only deal with good quality. No shady car dealers here. they drove a hard deal and wouldnt budge much on the price but i think it was more than fair. You get what you pay for after all. I would certainly buy an other car off them again based on experience so far. In the process of looking for the car I wanted i found lots of better deals else where but more often than not the reviews i found for the garages/dealers selling them were terrible and very much cause for concern. Seems that there are plenty of dodgy dealers out there still and when your spending this much money id rather be safe than sorry

I always take my car to have it serviced here, and Adam is friendly, helpful and very skilled. I know my car will be in the best possible hands; so if you want a garage you can trust to have your car serviced or repaired then go here. Highly recommended.

Last week I purchased an Audi TT from this garage. I drove from London to view this car and upon arrival Rob greeted me with a smile and coffee ! I had been searching for this example for some months . When Rob showed me the Audi I was not disappointed, it ticked every box ! Not surprising because as soon as you arrive at Bishops Cross Cars you can see it is a well run business and all their stock is pristine too . When I buy again my first call will be to Rob , no hesitation.

After a lengthy discussion regarding the possible purchase of a Tiguan and the promise from the owner that if we drove up on New Year’s Eve we could take a look at the vehicle with a promise of a test drive we were very surprised after travelling for over an hour with 2 young children that the owner refused a test drive of this vehicle stating that unless we were going ahead with a purchase that day we would be wasting his time and he didn’t want to then have to re-valet the vehicle after a test drive !! He had no consideration that we had just done a 2 hour round trip journey to see the vehicle with the understanding of at least a test drive before we would consider an offer and he had made the assumption that as a family we couldn’t afford to buy the vehicle as we had stated we wouldn’t allow our vehicle to be part-exchanged for such a ridiculous low price he was offering almost £1000 under what we had been offered as part exchange at other more reputable garages. He made the assumption we couldn’t afford to buy as a cash sale without the need to part exchange and let our vehicle go for so little to somebody that has no regard for other people and lies denying he stated we could test drive the vehicle even though we had numerous emails confirming that is what he had promised and allows us as a family to drive all that way for him to make a quick judgement with no regard for other people . He then had the cheek to say if we sold our BMW then come back and we could test drive to which we declined I would never buy a car from this garage if this is the way customers are treated and how quickly he misjudged peoples financial situations - when the truth of the matter is we were not going to be taken for a ride by somebody who lies and takes advantage of other people for financial gain with no customer service at all I wouldn’t trust this garage in any purchase of a vehicle if the owner can lie and mislead unless he thinks he has definitely something to gain. I have only given 1 star as it is not possible to give ZERO in a rating. Avoid unless you like to be treated in such a bad way and don’t like customer service
