Horrible experience with this groomer. The poor customer service should have been enough of a red flag but when I collected my dog after their groom, I noticed my dog bizarrely had a dark patch on his back which wasn’t there before. I immediately went back and told them and the person there insisted it was a birth mark or scar from a previous injury. My dog has never had such marks, I think I would know!! Miraculously after going to another groomer the mark is no longer there which means they caused it and lied about it. I’m never taking my business there again and I would advise future customers to be careful and take pictures of your dog right before you drop them as evidence.
Andra and the staff at Bishops Bark are excellent. They really care about dogs and even though mine isn’t crazy about being groomed, he’s never unwilling to go in there. In fact, he positively rushes in. Loves the people and the fuss and possibly the treats! Great place, great team and perfect results. Thank you all for years of happy grooming.

I love this place and we are so lucky to have them locally. My dog has been coming here since she was a baby, and loves the shop, the staff, and her walks and daycare time at BB. I could not recommend Andra, Alicia and the team at Bishops Bark highly enough. We love them.
Have been bringing my dogs here for their full grooms for years. The staff are warm, caring, kind and very experienced. I know my dogs are in good hands when I leave them at Bishopes bark. I have always been extremely happy with their work and the service we received. Great job guys!
Andra and Dominique are so kind. My dog is a rescue and can be tricky to deal with but not with them! He becomes this beautiful, sweet, white fluffy, butter wouldn’t melt in his mouth, maltipoo! Excellent and professional groomers.
