Great service. Always a quick and friendly service here. Nae palaver.

I had been prescribed eye drops as a matter of urgency which a larger chemist told me they couldn't get until the following day. Tried bishopmill chemist and was told the drops are not actually currently available anywhere. The pharmacist went up to Dr Gray's in person to get me an alternative. Incredible service which I am extremely grateful for. All staff very friendly also.

Appalling service. Turned up for an antigen fit to fly test I had booked weeks in advance only to be told it had been cancelled. Customer assistant was adamant they had phoned but somehow this never reached me and they never thought to leave me a message. Has cost me a small fortune to book another test with such short notice for my holiday

Great staff and good prices continue to make this a brilliant pharmacy.

Complete rip off merchants. £1.25 for a paper face mask! These people are exploiting a terrible situation to rip people off. Many people are struggling financially at present and Bishopmill are making things worse. They should be helping local people, not taking them for fools. I wish nothing good upon this rip off pharmacy, black list them.

Best chemist in the North East of Scotland, all the staff are amazing and friendly. This place should be the model all other pharmacy's should aspire to be.
