The Mass, held at Cofton Park in Longbridge, was the pinnacle of the Pope’s visit to Great Britain and was his final visit before returning to the Vatican in Rome. After weeks of rehearsals, the 10 students and 3 teachers joined the 2200 other choristers from across the country and were seated in the Grandstand directly to the left of the Pope as he delivered the Mass. It was a truly magical and holy occasion and all who heard the beautiful singing on the day were stunned by the sound the choir made. The Choir has continued this success by securing one of three places in the final of a national search for the UK's best Glee Club. The best club will win a once in a lifetime opportunity to perform on the West End stage at London’s Apollo Victoria Theatre, home of WICKED, in December 2010. The competition is being judged by members of the WICKED cast including Lee Mead (BBC’s Any Dream Will Do), Rachel Tucker (BBC’s I’d Do Anything) and Louise Dearman at WICKED Day.

If i could give this school a 0 then i would, i dont recomend going/or even puting your child here as this might seem to sound like a good school but sadley its not what it seems to be but as this is a racist school and tends to treat there students poorly as there teachers that tend to that school treat the students as if they were babys, they even give out detentions for being late even though you maybe late for the trafic and its easy to get bulied they look like there helping in front of the parentsbut but its all fake this is a teribale school as they alow students to get into fights and let them vape and they tend to gaslight the parents into thinking the students are in the wrong at all time i recomend to go to mosley or swans or some where ells as this school is one of the worst Thank-Abigail
Would not recommend whatsoever, the school displays themselves as a amazing school yet in reality its the complete opposite. Teachers treat students poorly by yelling, screaming, shouting, giving unnecessary detentions for no reason. The vice principal is a absolutely awful man with a horrible attitude, I have heard multiple complaints from different parents and different students, he is so bad to the point where students began a petition to kick him out the school due to his awful behaviour. My daughter has anxiety coming to school due to him as he shouts and screams at her for no apparent reason and same with many other students. I have seen him verbally abusing students and screaming. If you care about your childs mental wellbeing then do not send them to this school as teachers bully kids
Teachers had an authority problem towards the younger years including Mr. Jethwa who would refer to me and two other students in my class purely by second name for the entirety of year 8 and the food tech teacher who told my class year ago quote on quote "She likes getting boys in trouble because she prefers the girls" which would be unacceptable now however should have been seen as unacceptable then as well. I continued here throughout a levels and found the a level chemistry teacher Mrs. Shore to be extremely condescending and kicked me out of lesson once in a hissy fit as I had brought the homework in for the other teacher. She made me lose interest in the subject as a whole but by that point I was unable to change subjects and my grades for the subject alone reflected this. Overall the quality of teaching is high and I excelled in GCSE's and did ok in a-levels however some teachers need to show more respect and understanding to the students. Would like to mention Mr. Ravenscroft, Ram, Ebrahim, Wooler and Dr. Osborne. Each had a significant impact on my education and I would like to give them my gratitude.
My children love attending this school. This school communication is outstanding. as a parent I feel well informed. Both my children and I have experienced nothing but supportive approach not only from teachers but reception staff. Well done and big thank you to the whole team at Bishop Challoner for doing extremely well in such difficult time.
I went to the top different secondary schools in my region. This was by far the best school, that I attended. For a number of reasons, the school ethos. The teaching structure and the way teachers managed pupils academically. It was exceptional compared to the other schools I attended. This must be one of the leading schools in the West Midlands. I always recommend it to new people in the city.
I went to this school 53 years ago. Was a lovely school. And I lived in the playground. My dad was caretaker. My name was Denise Poole. Also went to St Dunstans.. Was very nice too xxx
Didn’t allow me to cheat in the GCSES
school is bad. mr ravenscroft was the goat tho
My Grandson was physically assaulted at this school . A complaint was made to the Headteacher including video evidence showing the attack that was filmed by an onlooker . The complaint was not taken seriously , apparently it was just lads larking about. My boy was too scared to pursue the matter for fear of further abuse.
A lot of bulling and attracting pulling hair with girls and beaten up at school slot not do anything
