A local company in Essex has applied for an Rights of Entry Warrant and was issued one to my amazement and despite that I am over £500 in credit and I’ve never ever had a red bill from anybody. The warrant was generic allowing everything and any reason to enter and disconnect supplies Electric and Gas without any notification of the application of this Warrant, then returning home after a days work I discovered 5 people had attended my property and entered by picking the Hight Security 6 lever locks and full burglar alarm, they entered and made alterations to my electric meter, fitting new seals. Then then left locking all doors and no sign of then ever entering, they left a note saying entered under warrant , left no copy of the warrant. This Must be Unlawful in my circumstances, so how competent are these 3 women magistrates that authorised a generic warrant. This has to be Unlawful otherwise what kind of Country is the UK now when someone can obtain a Rights of Entry Warrant and legally break into someone’s home for no good reason???? I am registered disabled and have terminal Cancer and someone has stolen £10,000 of jewellery from my home. It’s scandalous and shocking.Birmingham Magistrate Court, Maple House . July 2024
They ask you to ring the Birmingham magistrate court to pay the fine but you’ll have to call 4 extra numbers before u receive a voicemail saying that they are unable to take my call or directing me to a completely different magistrates court located in Liverpool, great service !!
Absolute joke of a system. My first hearing for speeding didn’t occur and I was immediately slapped with points and a large fine. Due to my right to appear in court, I had my case reinstated. Now my time said it would be at 10am: I show up 40 minutes early, take annual leave off my job and the man at the door told me it’s at 2pm?!!! Reading the reviews, I had to call them to confirm it’s at 2 in case I miss my court hearing: no answer, nobody there to assist me. Just keeps going back to the main options. It’s no wonder our judicial system is dead.
Most people inside are good people but not trained enough I got sent away and missed my court date cause the lady didn't see my name on a list also trying to get in contact is abysmal, waited the whole day trying to get in contact with someone I tried over 50 times option 8 now its closed, why not keep me on hold for someone to come available? Instead of telling me to try again later. You'd think for a court it would be more professional.
Security at the entrance dont even speak English, very hard to communicate with them.
The security check at this Court House is ridiculous. The amount of people waiting outside for security check is enormous and they do not have a security check machine like in the airport that they previously had and the process was easy and quick. Now I have to queue for 30min! I am a professional interpreter - a service provider. It's Birmingham, a metropolitan city not a village with 100 people living in and it's 21st century. Manchester Magistrates court can have it and Birmingham can't? That is the question for the management to answer.
The three women magistrates on my case would have been better off having tea and cakes in a garden centre they had there heads stuck upthere back sides they hadn’t got a clue of life in the real world
I currently had a speed fine but did not receive the all the paperwork to my fine and case, I phoned up and told the court but after all that I was taken to court where I written a letter stating I did not receive the correct information or paperwork CONDITIONAL OFFER OF FIX PENALTY and in doing so wrongly sentenced and currently can not drive.I have dates and facts of what has happened. I am currently going through a process of a appeal. This court is absolutely disgusting. I found this has happened to many people the court simply doesn’t care about people. I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else.
Dvla stole my car and caused me financial loss, under common law they should be held responsible as I do not recognise their authority . The courts also need to stop working with dodgy parking companies. We the people are taking back public building. COMMON LAW COURT UNITED KINGDOM
Terrible care facility's, reception was rude on arrival, treated like a right criminal, provided transport was rough driver consistently drove through red lights not up to the standard I would expect of such a establishment. Lunch was no better, not much of menu to be fair. No one who works there can spell or correctly file a bit of paper. Rooms were pretty cramped, been in bigger and cleaner public toilets.
