Birmingham Garage & Industrial Doors

We have had our garage doors fitted with electric motors which were fitted by BGID. I have to say that the service and professionalism of the team we dealt with was brilliant. The site team - Will and Andy were brilliant. They knew everything you need to know about the motors and the doors. Andy visited for an inspection prior to providing their quotation and talked us through all the options available. Once we selected our requirements Jenny issued the quotation (very promptly). Will completed the installation and didn't stop all day - such a hard worker. The following week we did have a minor problem with the catch not engaging so I e mailed Jenny and the next day she was on the phone insisting that they jump onto these things straight away. True to her word she arranged for Andy to visit who adjusted the catch - no hassle. While he was here Andy just double checked all catches to make sure everything was fine. This is a company who have brilliant people and are genuine and honest in their work. Not something you see these days - too many companies just out for your money with no service. I can't recommend BGID enough - just a brilliant company. Thank you Jenny, Andy and Will.

Excellent service, friendly, punctual and polite. My daughters garage door broke this afternoon, I rang Jenny who promptly dealt with my request and sent someone immediately to fix the problem. Reasonable charge and super job done by Graham.

An absolute pleasure to do business with! I phoned around a lot of different companies looking for a double and a half garage door to fit replace my current one that was broken. I had several local companies in and they all come back with quotes around 2-2.5k and one them was still using the currrent door and remodeling it. I spoke to BGID and was immediately invited to visit the showroom without any obligation of anything. There was not one point in the whole process where I felt pressured. I visited the showroom and was invited to view the workshop and see the whole process, It didn't feel like they had anything to hide and I was showed everything that they possibly could. I then decided that I was going to get a quote, I then had someone come and quote me up and then after I was told the price of the door they left me to think about it. I then took two weeks to decided and was only phoned once to see if they could assist me, Again there was no pressure what so ever! I then accepted and was kept regularly updated with how progress was doing and then when it came to fitting they phoned to check everything was OK with me and we scheduled a day of fitting. They then came in and did a fantastic job of fitting, The measurements where fantastic and it fitted perfectly. They cleaned up all mess that was made and removed my old door free off charge. In short, I would highly recommend Birmingham Garage & Industral Doors and should I need a door again, I wont Hesitate to give them a call. Thanks once again.
