A really lovely place to go and take the kids we really enjoyed it. Kids done a trail and got a goodie bag towards the end of the day, had a lot of fun with the kids unfortunately the farm was closed otherwise it would have been amazing other wise it was still a enjoyable day.
A great day for younger kids and those up to the age of around 12yrs. We took 2 younger kids and 2 over 16 and they all enjoyed it but the older 2 got bored quickly. Some lovely birds and lovely surrounds, the only thing letting it down was that 3 attractions were shut, one of them being the canopy experience which you can have birds feed from you. Would consider taking the younger 2 kids back but maybe not their grandparents as they enjoyed it more than the kids!
Took my daughter for her 2nd birthday last week, she loved it with all the birds but me and my husband were disappointed. It has gone down hill unfortunately. The farm was closed for redevelopment, and the aquarium is no longer there. Luckily my daughter got in for free as she's under 3 years old, but it cost for 2 adults £15 odd each. Definitely not worth that price when there's hardly anything there now.
Visited on a weekday. Was lovely and quiet. Lots of birds to look at. Looks like the place could do with some work being done to it. The farm was closed but we knew that before going anyway. Overall a nice day out and not too pricey.
A brilliant place for kids! It took us about 5-6 hours to complete the tour, including various activities for the kids, lunch breaks, and more. Overall, it’s a decent place to visit and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for a fun day out with the family!Visited onPublic holidayWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYes
Lots of different types of birds and also a small farm, plenty of areas to sit and eat, facilities all over the park, not a full day out. Also, tickets bought in advance are non refundable. Plenty of parking. Clean and pleasant, the ticket costs a little too hefty for my liking.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
Visited for the first time in 8 years and it was a wonderful experience to see all the different birds. I was a big fan of all the information cards around the park as well as being able to hear the different birds callsVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Great time for a family day out. We spent around 4 hours here and it was the perfect length for a little boy of 8 to explore. The penguins and the owl parliament were highlights!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Fantastic place for a weekend trip. There are wide variety of birds. Some enclosures are walk in; the one with the biggest pigeon in the world is especially great. Also the park itself and plants around create a nice atmosphere.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
Such a fantastic place with a great atmosphere and so many birds! It’s our second time at Birdworld and we will definitely be back again. So many rare birds are kept there and it’s amazing that most of them have been rescued. There are a lot of critically endangered species and the keepers do their very best to support those from extinction.
