Birds Uttoxeter is the absolute best. Nothing is too much trouble and they are really helpful. I'm disabled and use a mobility scooter. You never have to ask for help with the door.
The birds chain of bakery's is already the best bakery chain in the country, but this store has very good customer service and I am a regular there and I recommend you pop in if you go by!

Old woman with blonde white man cut hair was just so rude. Poor customer service. Really disappointed!
The best rolls, bread and deserts in the UK. The stuff is always great from here and cheap aswell. Also very tasty and the rolls make good, quick snacks. Staff are always the most friendly individuals, making the experience even better than it would be without them.

The bread and cakes are delightful, They are fresh everyday. The staff are always friendly. The cafe does a mean breakfast and it's value for money. Top marks.
The cakes are good and service is good, but they got rid of the tables so you cannot sit in anymore.
