Five years ago, Bird Homes completely renovated the four bedroomed house we had bought. Re wired, replumbed, re-plastered, repainted internally, re configured  with new extension at the rear, new flooring, all new skirting and architraves with new doors and windows plus new soffits and cladding. Friends and neighbours very impressed and called it a boutique home. Just after the renovations completed we had the estate agent who sold the house to us undertake a reassessment. The outcome was we had made more money than the cost of the renovations! Five years on the house is still getting very positive comments and we love it.

Work started with enthusiasm but what we were told would be 8-10 weeks took 8-9 months!!nThen had a drain blockage that was caused by cement in the main drain. Birds denied allnResponsibility and never even offered to come and see the problem  Several thousands of pounds later the drains had to be rerouted and Birds now ignore any contact I try to make.nI am sorry but I would not want anyone else to go through the stress this caused me.

Excellent workmanship and great quality . Would recommend. And have to anyone wanting a buider
