I’ve recently started visiting this medical centre to see a physio and so far I’ve not had any problems. It’s at the back of the Birchwood Shopping Centre and the physio treatment I’m receiving is better than what I received in London for a knee injury. The receptionists are pleasant and helpful and the practice is bright, airy and clean with lots f seating and parking spaces.
Major issues with Rota planning and appointments. If you require important regular planned appointments, register elsewhere.
Been registered here for over 30 years, never had any problems with any of the staff. Who remembers the huge mural in the waiting room..?
I've been with the surgery over 20 years and on the whole you'd be hard pushed to find a better, more caring group of Dr's and nurses. They've always gone above and beyond for me, especially Dr Williams who was also amazing with my grandma through her Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia. The nurses are always incredible. Most of the receptionists are lovely and helpful especially Lee who has been there forever. Some receptionists sadly can be rude and condescending so I try not to talk to them as they make my anxiety go through the roof, they're the only people in the surgery that try to rush you, everyone else gives you as much time as you need.
Always been looked after well. Staff are lovely. Never had any issues.
