Store assistant SUMANTH was threatening me with police because I refused to pay for a cold Costa coffee that I left in the shop as it wasn't made to standard. Appalling customer service. Rudest experience ever.

Awful customer service. The staff are on there phone while they serve you not even a thank you or please. Make you waite until there ready to serve you, I was wating for 5 minutes as she was the only one there and she was counting stock. Not even an apologie. The worse thing was she new i was there as soon as walked in !!!! Avoid at all cost !!!

I really don't understand why this place has good reviews, are you sure you're commenting on the right petrol station? It's very close to my house and I just don't recognise why it has 5 stars.nnMost of the staff don't speak English well, they're abrupt and impolite at the till. Every time.nThere's also some lack of goodwill going on, someone I know today bought a drink with the fuel. She was making her way to the door and nobody called to say she left the bottle behind. She looked back and the cashier who sold it to her was putting it back into the fridge!! Dodgy as hell.

I stopped in at 8.20am to wash my car. The chap in the garage was really helpful. The car wash was a bit old and squeaky and didn't do a brilliant job but my car was cleaner.nI stopped by again to fill up at midday and the nice chap remembered me so am impressed with the customer service.
