I had a very good service from this laundrette.I had a couple of loads and they were washed ,dried and folded for me.The staff was very friendly and very helpful too. I would definitely recommend this place.

I just don’t want to say much about this laundrette but few things I been to some other places where customer service doesn’t exist 
At birchfield  laundrette I got friendly atmosphere and and help towards my laundry great people to deal with

Awful awful service.
The workers are rude, we went in to enquire about a price the woman did not come off her phone. She was abrupt and quite frankly rude. 

We paid £30 to get loads of washing done and when we came back they charged an additional £24 for drying. Baring in mind if I had come in and done it my self it would have been £1 a dry. 

Don’t bother coming here the amount of money we spent. We could have bought a new dryer.

Excellent experience ! Very helpful and friendly. Me and my hubby used a laundrette for the first time in UK. Clothes were very well washed and dried. Costed us 3.60 fr wash, £1 for 2 cups of powder and £2 for dryer for 26 mins (13 mins cycle). The couple managing the launderette are lovely.
