Awful GP surgery, whats the point of being registered with a GP if you can't get an appointment?! I have been trying for weeks by phone and visiting, no appointment given, disgusting service. Moving GP practice.awful place.

If I could give 0 stars I would!

Call every day, always engaged until about 8:10 when all the appointments have gone. Get told to ring again in afternoon, still no appointments.

I have no idea how you are supposed to see a doctor?!?!

Poor surgery seem to have taken on way too many patients!! Phoned today as I have something going on with my heart she said leave it till Monday! Disgusting if you ask me!!!

Told to ring at 8am, unable to get through until 8.10 am only to be told no doctors available this happens every time I try to get an appointment.

Seriously disappointed having been with the practice for over 20 years and more than happy to sit and wait to be seen, now when I call at 8 In the morning all I can be offered is to go to the riverside or try again another day.  This has been the same on the last 4 attempts in the last 6 weeks.  Now looking at moving surgery as it's a joke !!
