Awful service, won’t even give a straight answer and rushes me off the phone.
Completely rude and condescending. No excuse for such an attitude, especially when just politely asking a few questions. That is, after I finally got through. The phone was ringing but kept disconnecting to a dial tone? Strange. Someone answered after the third time in about 10mins. I was snapped at, met with dead silence after asking a question, and spoken to in a very belittling way the entire time. I never write reviews but wow ...
We just lost both my grandparents recently that had a rental property in Kent and my mother called here to pay a bill left unpaid by a renter that moved out. They were very condescending, rude, and had no desire to help us solve the situation, until we physically went in to pay the bill. I wish I could give this place 0 stars because it upset my mother greatly, as she's still in mourning, and just trying to get our affairs in order. They simply did not care.
They are extremely rude, I just talked to a lady trying to start service and she was very rude. Very short as far as answering questions and concerns. She rushed me off the phone saying she had other customers. I wouldn't suggest anyone go to them. If you could get services else where I'd suggest you do that.
Most rude people I've ever talked to on the phone. Sound like they can't stand talking to anyone. Sorry. That's your job. Don't like it, get another job. Smh
In all of my experiences with all employees with the City of Kent over the years, I have had nothing but helpful friendly service!
