Been to Bill's on a couple of occasions and I've always been impressed, both with the quality of the food and the service, which didn't change on my last visit. The restaurant has also done a good job of making you feel safe, giving the climate, with track and trace, as well as hand sanitizers on each table and digital menu's.
Bills classic British food served fast and with an excellent service. We tried the pancakes and Burguers and were delicious. Price wise it's London average, not expensive but not cheap, mains around £9/£10. Comfort food in a relaxed place. Family friendly as well since they can accommodate prams.
Great service today 13.12.20 and lovely atmosphere. However it was a shame the eggs benedict were lukewarm the chips were perfectly hot and crispy by contrast.

Great food and atmosphere, but one of the staff members was rude in nature towards us customers. Doesn’t need to be complicated to have good customer service and in a time post lockdown you’d think a little bit of courtesy.
